Our Computer Vision platform enables educational institutions to use existing camera infrastructure to automatically understand activity across classrooms, entrances, laboratories, libraries, buses and other campus areas. Detection identifies people and relevant objects within a camera view, determines their location and count, and can recognize events such as entry, exit, occupancy and crowding. Identification is a separate more advanced capability that determines the identity or attributes of a detected person or object when higher-quality image capture and appropriate recognition models are available. These capabilities can be integrated with the institution's ERP to automate attendance occupancy monitoring, access events, transport workflows and other operational processes. The AI processing can be performed entirely on-premise, using the institution's existing computer infrastructure or a dedicated GPU-enabled server.
